Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available. I use my own vehicle and parking space is aloted. The society is kept clean and hygine is properly maintained. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are very decent and educated people stays in the society. Also cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Metro is not available nearby the society. The street lights can be implemented more for better safety at night around the society. The society is very conjested and traffic issues are faced a lot as market areas are located just outside the society, during rush hours it becomes an issue. Though parking space is aloted but at times parking issues are faced as randomly someone parks their car at my aloted space and I have to ask the security to remove the car from my space. There are no nearby malls and hospitals near the society. Issue resolution process takes time, if some issues arise then continuous reminders have to be made for resolving it. The waster quality is not good, we receive salty water which is not good for health and hair loss issues are faced a lot due to the bad water quality. All amenities are available but maintainance is not done properly, swimmingpool is not cleaned properly. read more

Unfortunately, maintenance falls short as society cleanliness is not adequately maintained. Furthermore, poor construction quality has resulted in seepage, leakage, and plaster issues, posing potential health and safety risks.
