Good things here

This posh residential apartment featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathrooms. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a beautiful view of the ciy as well as the nice view of the garden from the living room balcony. The apartment is recently painted with premium paints and has all the rooms with false ceiling including 3 big balconies attached to each bedroom. The Apartment building has ample parking space, private garden and is gated apartment with 24 hours lift power backup. The building is situated in the main vicinity of the premium Manish Nagar with easy access to Airport, Wardha Road by Flyover bridge / underpass and has wide new cement road. There are all the necessary shops near by including fruit / vegetable vendors. Also is very near to some reputed schools and hospitals. read more

Electricity charges are reasonable, and there are rarely any power cuts, ensuring consistent service. The roads in locality are in excellent condition, and traffic flow is smooth. Even during monsoons, there is minimal clogging. Locality is well-maintained, Clean and welcoming neighbours. The community's efforts ensure a pleasant and healthy environment. Local markets and malls are easily accessible, offering a wide variety of Shopping options and convience. Streetslights in locality are excellent, providing well-lit paths for safe walking even after 9PM, ensuring security and visibility. read more

Things need improvement

the locality has several significant drawbacks. Frequent water shortages, water shortages is persistent issue, making everyday tasks more difficult. There are limited green spaces and parks, traffic congestion is severe, especially during peak hours, adding stress and delay to travel. They has high cost of living. read more

the roads in my locality are generally well-maintained with smooth surfaces and clear makings, efficient traffic flow and accessible public transport. Locality boasts excellent schools, top notch hospitals and malls, safe and vibrant community making it very convenient. the nearby local markets are fantastic, offering wide range of services and products. They're easily accessible, well-organized and provide great shoping experience for all needs. I didn't face any water shortage, there are no water shortage. The road in our locality are well-maintained ensuring smooth travel.Traffic is generally well- managed, even during monsoons with minimal clogging. Electricity charges are reasonable, and power cuts are infrequent. The area benefits from a reliable and efficient power supply. Streetlights are excellent, ensuring well-lit and safe condition for walking post 9PM. read more
