The locality is the highest point of this apartment. Located in a quiet well maintained colony and very quiet apartment complex the apartment has a serene view overlooking a garden and a tapestry of wide variety of trees with and Mussoorie hills in the background, Monsoons are a delight. This combines with accessibility to the best lifestyle- restaurants, high end shopping outlets, mall. local market - and all amenities- schools, hospitals , banks, post office, petrol pump- at a walking distance as soon as you step out of the colony gate just fifty metres away. read more

Things need improvement

Sometimes music from the restaurants on the road may disturb specially on new year or such occasion but residents are quite alert and get it addressed. During tourist season the road outside sees heavy traffic but colony remains quiet and undisturbed. read more

yes i feel safe and secure at night time with my family within this location because the cameras are working and installed in this place.the accessibility of high quality school,malls, famous restaurant about 1-2km.yes I can easily access the local market and vegetables shop and malls is very close to this location.the condition of streetlights are good and well maintained and they are well lit for walking post after 9am.no i can't face any problem, issue of water shortage because in one call the water is available read more

Good things here

many good schools and hospitals are nearby around the radius of 1 to 3 km. The water and electricity are available most of the times. The market is nearby for all your needs. Many famous malls are also at a distance of around 4km. Neighborhood is quite decent. read more

I dont like the traffic, the sound irritates but as there is a main road in the front you get to hear honking of horns. read more
