Cctv camera and Guard available in the flat all time so you secure in the locality at the night time. Most important school, hospital available in the locality. 24/7 water supply available so there is no water shortage. The locality is well maintained and garbage also clean regular basis. Streetlight available on every post so it is save for walking at night. read more

Ballygunge is a famous locality located in South Kolkata, West Bengal. Park Circus flanks Ballygunge in the north, Kasba and the Eastern Railway south suburban line in the east, Dhakuria and the Lakes (now called Rabindra Sarobar) in the south, and the localities of Bhowanipore and Lansdowne in the west. It is served by Ballygunge Junction railway station. There are many famous places in Ballygunge to shop, and one of them is Gariahat Market. Gariahat market is one of the largest and busiest markets in Kolkata. The shops sell a variety of saris, clothes, jewellery, electronic goods, furniture, and whatnot. The makeshift shops along the footpaths, popular as hawkers, sell everything – crockery, cutlery, decorative items, and utilities. It has numerous eateries and street food joints.
