Good things here
Awesome location, luxurious project by probably the most reputed and reliable builder of East India, low density complex, full scale amenities from natural ponds, masaage rooms to swimming pools and community centre along with creche and kids playing areas.
Things need improvement
Ultra large supermarkets are still a bit far away as in 15 mins or so but everything needed for everyday life is abundant in the vicinity. Nothing else to dislike - fantastic property.

Good things here
Auto-rickshaws are readily available nearby. The society is clean, and all modern amenities are well-maintained. There is ample parking space for both residents and visitors. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving plenty of sunlight.
Things need improvement
There is a lot of illegal parking on the roads outside the society. The water quality for drinking is not good. There is a slight problem of leakage and seepage. Maintenance charges are a bit high.
