Newtown Kolkata is a well modern well planned area with excellent infrastructure and regular water with no power cuts. Low crime rates safer to live , street lighting is good even after 9pm. read more

it's a local area metro and public transport, autos and cabs are easily available. great school and restaurants are available. good quality Mall are available. peacefull and not crowded area with out low pollution, lower power cuts. read more

There are many good restaurants available where one can go easily and the price is also affordable. There is a school available nearby for children where good education is provided. Hospital facility is also good and is nearby. Cab, auto, taxi are easily available. The railway station is at some distance.
