Good things here

No Water Shortage in Apartment. Municipal Water Supply is available. Additional Bore Water is also available. Street Lights are well lit after 10 pm also. We can taken walk on street lights after 10 pm also. New Era English School near Apartment. Apartment is located just behind Roongata Belavista Hospital Complex. Also, Usha Hospital is also on walkable distance. City Centre Mall is hardly 10 mins from Apartment by Vehicle. Small shops and market is within 5 mins from Apartment by Vehicle. Easily accessible transport modes within 100 meters from Apartment. City Buses, Autos are within 100 meter reach. Apartment is very much Safe. Apartment have own 24 X 7 Security Guards. Also, Security Guards of neighborhood Bungalows & Apartment & Commercial Buildings are also available. CCTV Cameras of neighborhood Bungalows and Commercial Building are also available. Never faced any incident of crime or theft in the locality. Police Patrolling is also evident in the area. read more
