There are lots of things to enjoy here, like gyms, pools, and a clubhouse, making living here really enjoyable. Also, there aren't any leaks or water issues, showing that the area's water management is really good. Getting around is easy with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis available. And there's plenty of parking space, which makes life easier for people who own cars. You can find everything you need nearby, from groceries to schools, pharmacies, and healthcare services. Good things here
The society has nice, friendly, and humble neighbors, and pets are allowed, which is great for animal lovers. Security is a priority with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards. Connectivity is excellent, with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available. The roads are in good condition, ensuring smooth travel. Regular garbage collection is conducted efficiently. There are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, making daily life convenient. Each resident has designated parking, with rules that are strictly followed. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, providing ease of access. Residents enjoy 24/7 electricity and water supply, ensuring a comfortable living experience. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. Apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Although parking is allotted, it is not sufficient for all residents. There is additional parking about 1 km away, but it is private. Garbage is not segregated into wet and dry categories, leading to inefficient waste management. There are minor issues with the interior walls, though they are not significant. Additionally, there is some disturbance to residents regarding pets. However, apart from these issues, everything else seems alright.

Good things here
The construction quality is amazing, and I appreciate having well-ventilated flats that let in ample sunlight without any seepage issues. It's comforting to know that our security measures, including 24/7 working cameras, help keep us safe, and it's reassuring that we haven't experienced any theft or burglary incidents so far. But what really makes living here special is the people. Our society is filled with friendly and nice individuals who make it a joy to come home every day. The sense of community and cooperation among neighbors is truly heartwarming and makes me feel grateful to be a part of this community. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place to call home.
Things need improvement
The poor condition of the roads leading to the society can indeed cause traffic issues and inconvenience for residents. Additionally, the frequent power outages due to this can further disrupt daily life and affect the availability of lights, compromising safety and comfort. The lack of basic amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse may limit recreational options for residents and detract from the overall appeal of the society. Furthermore, the absence of parking within the society necessitating arrangements for parking at the backside for events can incur additional expenses for residents.

Good things here
This society is very good. People here are very good natured and humble. We celebrate many festivals together and most of the people here are participative and engaging. I don't face any issues regarding water supply, electricity supply, seepage or cracks. Security also poses no problems. All the amenities like gyms, swimming pools and club houses are available here and these are well maintained too. Autos, cabs and rickshaws are also easily accessible here as the road is properly maintained here. Overall, it's a pleasant place to live.
Things need improvement
I don't face any issues here. Everything is available here and it is well maintained. I don't expect anything over that. I do enjoy my time living here.

Availability of swimming pool and gym facilities provides residents with opportunities for fitness and recreation. Proximity to the nearby market area offers convenience for shopping and errands. Partially designated parking allotment provides some organization for parking arrangements.
Things need improvement
Maintenance issues with garbage collection and power backup may lead to inconvenience for residents. Inconsistent functioning of gate apps, along with lack of notifications, diminishes the effectiveness of security measures. Delay in developers receiving maintenance charges and reliance on committee members for issue resolution may lead to inefficiencies and unresolved problems.

Good things here
The society is excellent, and my overall experience of living there was great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to live. When I left the society, all the amenities were under construction, but now it has everything from a gym, pool, and clubhouse to a playground.
Things need improvement
The only issue was the society being located in the inner part of the area, which limited public transport options. However, we were able to manage that as we had our personal vehicles.

Society is on main road, Gym clubhouse are there in the society kids play area is there.
Things need improvement
There is seepage and a termite issue, swimming pool maintenance is not done properly, and we always have fights for parking space. We also face problems with water and electricity supply. People are not cooperative here.

Most apartments are brand-new and have a contemporary appearance. There are a few schools and universities, including the well-known Nirma University in Ahmedabad. Nature and nice weather are welcome.

Additionally, there are trash cans in the garden. There are also excellent hospital services available. The hospital is kept very clean. In Gota, there are excellent libraries where we can read quietly. In Gota, there are numerous zoos where we can see new animals. For kids to receive a top-notch education, Gota is home to numerous reputable institutions and colleges. pretty bad air pollution in gota.
