Good things here

this place is famous for low price and affordablility to tenent and new project price very less price...my budget is 35 Lac for 2BHK in West Ahmedabad but my friend suggest me 3 BHK in 34 Lac in Nikol, Ahmedabad so it's suggest able location for future home buyer. read more

Nikol's connectivity is low due to metro and BRTS routes are not in a wide range but private transport is there to move somewhere. read more

Good things here

this is a very peaceful place. there are auto and cabs are very easily accessible. there are public transport are also accessible. Tgere are mall and supermarket available nearby. hospital and school is nearby. this area is safe for children. read more

There are air pollution in very little amount. Power cut is very often. there are no good restaurants near by. Road are not good. water logging on roads. parking spaces is very little. water problem is also. And drainage system is bad. read more
