Ghaziabad is one of the cities in Uttar Pradesh and is also a part of the National Capital Region of Delhi. The city is the largest in western UP. It is also called the “Saya of Uttar Pradesh” because of its proximity to Delhi. It covers 210 square kilometres with similar temperature and rainfall as Delhi. Reputed educational institutions include the Institute of Management Education, KENT Institute of Higher Education, Indirapuram Institute of Higher Studies, etc. Leading malls like Shipra Mall, Indirapuram Habitat Centre, and Gaur Central Mall are accompanied by reputed hospitals like Aarogya Hospital, Shri Hari Hospital, Sarvodaya Hospital and & Research Institute, and Ganesh Hospital. Major employment hubs include the Cosmos business hub, the Business hub, and numerous business parks. Companies like Vikrant Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, Dabur India Limited, Anmol Industries, Thermodyne Engineering Systems and others have a presence here.
