The locality is well maintained and I have never seen garbage anywhere. No water shortage is faced and even no history of crime is there in the locality. The schools and malls are easily accessible to the people and very less power cuts are seen in this area read more

Its proximity and connectivity to Churchgate and CST railway stations are its main selling points. The upcoming Metro Station will further propel Nariman Points' growth as a preferred location for a Corporate or Business House to set up shop as a Corporate Office.

Getting around and staying connected is a breeze in this area. You'll find a plethora of public transportation options at your disposal, making commuting a piece of cake. Plus, the locals are incredibly friendly and always available to offer a helping hand - whether you're in a shop or need assistance from the local security team.
