What truly sets this place apart is the wonderful sense of community, with neighbors who are not just nice but also cooperative and friendly, always ready to lend a helping hand. Moreover, the presence of elevators, CCTV cameras, and a round-the-clock security guard ensures safety and peace of mind for all residents. And with regular garbage collection, including segregation of wet and dry waste, environmental consciousness is actively promoted. The lack of public transport options, with only private alternatives available, poses a challenge for residents. Frequent electricity cuts further disrupt daily life. Additionally, the quality of plaster is subpar, leading to frequent issues of seepage, cracks, and plaster falling off. The absence of modern amenities and poorly maintained parks detract from the overall living experience. While neighbors are generally good, there is a lack of interaction among them. Furthermore, there are problems with pet owners not adequately caring for their pets, leading to cleanliness issues within the community.

The society has got the best connectivity as public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. All are availanle for 24 hours. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Maintenance services are pretty good and society is kept clean. Garbage collection is done on time. Services are provided on time. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and gunctions properly. Lifts work properly in the society. Neighborhood are overall good in the society and all festivals are celebrated.

Outer road which is connecting with the society is not yet developed properly. The road conditions are very bad. A lot of power cuts happens in the society. Water supply is also a major concern of the society. Disignated parking is not alloted to all the residents. Parking is done on open ground. Basement parking is not available. Metro station is very far from the society. Highway is far from the society and a lot of traffic issues are faced around the society. Sometimes 15 to 20 minutes waiting time in the traffic. Basic construction quality with poor plaster quality and damp issues. The society has not got such open spaces, I feel it's very conjested. Rooms are properly not ventilated. Not suitable for families as the rooms are very small. There are no facilities like gym, park, Swimming pool, club house, play area for kids available in the society Mobile network issues happens a lot.

Nearby, we have a plethora of local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, restaurants, hospitals, and malls, offering convenience at our doorstep. The maintenance of our society is commendable, with timely upkeep ensuring a pleasant living environment. Garbage collection is consistently on schedule. We rarely face major electricity issues, thanks to reliable power backup. Our security system is robust, with security guards and CCTV cameras installed for added safety. The lifts are well-maintained, adding to the convenience of residents. Overall, our society provides a comfortable and secure living space with all essential amenities within reach.
Things need improvement
Society is very conjested. Proper ventilation is not at all available. Rooms and kitchens are very small. This society is not suitable for family as it is very small. Plaster fittings are not good, The construction quality of the buildings is not good, seepage and leakage issues are seen a lot in the flats. Paintings are not done on time. There is a lot of traffic around the area. Water logging issues are faced during rainy season around the society.

In comparison to other societies, the rent was lower in this society. Garbage collection took place daily. Water was available 24/7. People were decent. The society was safe; it had good security guards.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was very poor. Autos were hard to find, and the roads outside the society were not well maintained due to ongoing construction. Festivals were not celebrated. There were significant issues with the lifts; in one wing, there was only one lift, and it was often out of service during the day, forcing residents to use the stairs. There were no modern amenities in the society. Leakage and seepage were common issues in the flats. Ventilation was inadequate, with small balconies, and the flats were not spacious. The construction quality was subpar. Power cuts were a frequent problem, and the society charged per unit for 24-hour power backup, resulting in high electricity bills.

Our neighborhood had a great playground for kids to have fun. Parking was never a problem, whether you lived here or were just visiting. And when it came to safety, we had it covered with security apps keeping an eye out. Everything stayed nice and clean, thanks to our dedicated maintenance team. And we were a friendly bunch, always coming together to celebrate festivals and enjoy each other's company
Things need improvement
Getting a ride around our neighborhood wasn't always easy since autos were scarce, and there wasn't any public transport close by. The roads outside were also pretty rough. While our neighborhood was affordable, it didn't come with fancy extras like a gym or pool. And dealing with hard water meant most of us had to install RO systems at home. Some flats near the railway station had issues with leaks and seepage, which was a hassle

This society lacks modern amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, and kids' play areas, as it is a basic building society. Additionally, the presence of numerous bachelors means that there are no festivals or functions celebrated within the community, leading to a lack of social�cohesion.
