The flats are quite well-ventilated, and sunlight streams in nicely. The people are very friendly, and festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm. Autos and buses are easily available near the society, and the roads outside the society are well-maintained. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. There's plenty of parking for residents, and there are no issues with leakage or cracks in the flats. read more

The society lacks modern amenities, and the metro station is not within walking distance. There's no parking available for visitors in the society, and it's not pet-friendly as nobody owns pets. read more
