Neighborhood is very peaceful and safe for walking and everything in close reach from shopping mall to school and market along with hospital and supermarket. Builder has given great construction quality and amenity. Security in complex is good and maintenance service respond fast

Prestige Botanique have really given everything in so reasonable budget. You will love ambiance of project. So much greenery and open space for walking. Vastu compliant, car parking, children's play area, and others. The project is really promising.

The project is in under construction and i have purchased 2 BHK to gift for my wife. Moreover, the construction looks promising. It is very nearby to most of the big tech companies like Cisco, JP Morgan, etc. Many popular cafes and bars are nearby and accessible to all main essential places like grocery shops, medicals, etc.

There is a shopping mall nearby at walking distance, and there are lots of grocery stores, gift stores, and affordable eateries. However, i have heard negative reviews about the developer, and in two minds whether should i go ahead with it or not.

The nearest biggest establishment of tech park, malls, restaurants, night life and amenities to the Airport. Very conveniently located to reach heart of the city Bangalore or to the airport or several major railway and bus stations. Less busy than other parts of Bangalore.
