Maintenance in our society is not just a routine task but a commitment to keeping everything in top shape, ensuring a comfortable and well-functioning environment for everyone. The atmosphere here is always pleasant, with well-maintained surroundings that enhance the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
The ongoing nearby construction is a significant bother for us, affecting the peace and tranquility of the surroundings. Additionally, some individuals in the society tend to be controlling and dominating, which can create tensions and affect the community atmosphere negatively.

Good things here
The connectivity in the society is excellent with access to metro, cabs, buses, and other local transportation options. The environment is clean and environmentally friendly. Residents are cooperative and helpful, making it a pleasant community to live in.
Things need improvement
The lack of CCTV cameras outside the society poses a security issue, particularly at night. Damaged roads are a persistent problem for residents. Additionally, there's no park for children to play in and no clubhouse for elderly residents to socialize or relax.

The construction quality of the society is not good, and there's poor connectivity. Additionally, there are no nearby hospitals or metro stations.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is great, cabs auto are easily available and society is very well maintained and atmosphere is neat, clean and hygienic. Build quality is great, no leakage and seepage issues.
Things need improvement
As such there are no problems in the society, but society should improve its issue resolution process.

Good things here
Security is top-notch, and the guards are friendly. Parking is easy, and there's plenty of open space in our society, which is a big plus.
Things need improvement
The connectivity needs improvement, and there's room for better maintenance in the society. Additionally, the network connection is awful.

Safe security also security guards are very nice. Parking facilities are good just perfect, Open space is a plus point of my society.

Cleanliness is well maintained by the housekeeping in charges, society is well maintained though, location of society is juts perfect.

Connectivity of society is poor, no metro station is near the society which is a negative point, Builder issue with registry also happens.
