Things need improvement
I really enjoy living in this society, but there are a couple of areas that could use some attention. One thing that bothers me is the noise at night�it can be pretty disruptive sometimes. Also, I've noticed that the maintenance of common areas like the parking lot and stairwells isn't always as consistent as I'd like. And while we have some amenities, I think there's room to improve the variety and quality to better meet everyone's needs. Despite being 20 years old, the construction quality is outstanding with no cracks, water leakage, or termite issues. The society boasts a fantastic gym and a spacious playground, making it ideal for both fitness enthusiasts and families.
