The area is also well-known for the Bhuleshwar Market for fruits and vegetables. Kalbadevi, Girgaon, Princess Street, and Mandvi are nearby neighborhoods. Dhirubhai Ambani and his family previously resided in Bhuleshwar, where they did so till the 1960s. Alice in Bhuleshwar, a tour and historical encyclopedia about the area, was released in 2009.
