Good things here

The connectivity in the society is a huge plus, with easy access to local transportation. Even during the rainy season, there are no issues with waterlogging. The build quality is top-notch, with no problems of leakage or seepage. The lifts are well-maintained, and all amenities are fully functional. Additionally, the society celebrates all festivals, and owners have allocated parking spaces. read more

Things need improvement

During office hours, there are traffic issues on the surrounding roads. Tenants have to pay extra to use any of the facilities, and unfortunately, there is no designated parking for visitors in the society. read more

Spacious parking was available in the society like separete for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers and even there was allocated space for visitors parking as well in the society.Quality of the construction was really good as there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage though it was new construction.Transportation was easy to approach near by the society whether local or public.There was good schools and hospitals near by the society.All the modern amenities were available in the society. read more

There was no power back bacj up facilities available in the society which was inconvient during power cuts read more
