Every tower has one security guard for 8 hours; they change shifts regularly. Each block has CCTV cameras ensuring proper surveillance. It's a secure place to live. Connectivity-wise, there are 500 schools, ATMs, bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, with good road quality and functioning street lights. There's ample parking space. Construction-wise, the rooms are large and well-ventilated, with amenities like table tennis, squash courts, a gym, swimming pool, children's play area, walking track, and a community hall. Maintenance is regular; everything is cleaned properly, with daily garbage collection. There are no issues with water, power, or lift functioning.
