The water quality is excellent, and there is a backup power system in place for added convenience. Ample parking space is available within the society. Well-maintained amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court enhance residents' quality of life. Efficient garbage collection services ensure proper waste management, with wet and dry waste collected separately.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is subpar, with numerous leakage and seepage issues observed in bathrooms and bedrooms, causing inconvenience to residents. Additionally, the absence of a designated visitors' parking area adds to the inconvenience. Maintenance charges are deemed expensive by residents, further adding to financial burdens.

Good things here
Every tower has one security guard for 8 hours; they change shifts regularly. Each block has CCTV cameras ensuring proper surveillance. It's a secure place to live. Connectivity-wise, there are 500 schools, ATMs, bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, with good road quality and functioning street lights. There's ample parking space. Construction-wise, the rooms are large and well-ventilated, with amenities like table tennis, squash courts, a gym, swimming pool, children's play area, walking track, and a community hall. Maintenance is regular; everything is cleaned properly, with daily garbage collection. There are no issues with water, power, or lift functioning.
Things need improvement
There are no traffic issues in the society due to good road quality, sufficient parking space, and well-maintained infrastructure ensuring smooth movement of vehicles and pedestrians.

Connectivity and accessibility are easily available. The water facilities are very good. Power backups are also available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. The ventilation of the flats is very good. There are a lot of trees nearby. Parking space is very spacious. Public transportation is very good with many options within walking distance. Hospitals are available nearby for emergencies. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are also available within walking distance.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good. There is a lot of plumbing and seepage issues in many flats, especially in bathrooms, kitchens, and halls. Maintenance charges are expensive.

The construction quality is exceptional, with no reported issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Nearby hospitals are conveniently located in close proximity. A reliable security system adds peace of mind, while good water supply and power backups ensure convenience and comfort. No electricity issues have been reported so far.
Things need improvement
Metro and railway stations are near but are not functional, it still under construction and god knows by when it will be in use.

The construction quality in the society is poor, with visible cracks on walls and seepage issues in the flats, which is inconvenient. Hospitals are located very far from the society, approximately 5 kilometers away. Maintenance charges are very expensive in the society, amounting to 5000 rupees. "
