Nampally despite its name, the neighbourhood was extremely neighborly. Have a nice environment and neighbourhood. The hospital and medical facilities within the pollution control area were also very nice. Transportation options include bus and metro services, as well as rail service within a 5-kilometer radius.

The market was only 0.5 km away. Not so posh, but very cost-effective area. Tiffin service is available. There are three options: Ola, Rapido, and Auto. More or less decent locality for living.

Nampally is one of the largest urban centers of Hyderabad, New City, India. It is also a Mandal in the Hyderabad district.[1][2] The biggest landmarks are Ibrahim's House and Hyderabad Deccan Station, locally known as Nampally Station. Nampally derives its name from the Persian Diwan of Hyderabad, Raza Ali Khan, whose title was Nekh-Nam-Khan.[4] He was granted a jagir, Nekh-Nampally, which became 'Nampally.'[5]Nampally railway station was built in 1907 by Osman Ali Khan, Asaf Jah VII, the last Nizam of Hyderabad. As of today, it has become one of the busiest stations, with many express and superfast trains terminating or departing from there, including the legendary Telangana Express - South Central Railways' first superfast train that runs between Hyderabad and New Delhi - and the Godavari Express and Hussainsagar Express. Nampally is well connected by road and rail. It is connected by Nampally metro station to Hyderabad metro. Buses operated by TSRTC provide connections from this place and back. Nampally Railway Station, now known as Hyderabad Station, is the main railway station of Hyderabad, providing connections to various parts of the state and country. MMTS train operates local city train services from Nampally railway station providing connectivity to important parts of the city.
