The neighbourhood is immaculate. Since this is in the city's centre, you won't need to drive far for anything. You have more than enough room for everything. The neighbourhood is pleasant and welcoming, and the neighbours are all nice people. You are not required to worry about your kids' education.

There is a school not far from where you live. Nighttime is quite secure. Clean and sanitary as well. If you want to live there as a tenant for a livelihood, such as after retirement or after marriage to begin a new life, you will find a good environment there.
