As an owner, I'm really happy with the great connectivity of the project; it's so easy to reach malls, hospitals, and markets. The maintenance of the property is also top-notch; they keep everything in good shape, and the charges are reasonable. Plus, the social life in the community is fantastic; there are inclusive celebrations and lots of community engagement read more

I'm not happy with how the building is built; there are problems like water leaking through the walls and cracks. The facilities are few and not taken care of well. I'm also not pleased with the bad service and the people who haven't paid rent for a long time, causing issues for everyone else. read more
