Mehdipatnam is the new Centre of Hyderabad, with the main connecting point between older Hyderabad, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills and new develping areas like HiTec City, Manikonda and further. Has a Main Bus Depot, Access to Airport is closeby, Shopping Malls, Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, Medical Shops, Police Station etc is at a walk-able distance. read more

Area is well let during night and the area has a lot of immunities and hospital facility available for 21st seven a long with medicines and there is a good area reach for delivery apps and also the restaurants near the area is all very well nice and maintained the area to shop and market shopping complexes are also very great colleges school junior colleges BSc colleges are also very near to it the area is nice and well developed and see can be seen to have more development in the future public transportation such as autos cabs buses or also very nice and polite here. read more

The system for drainage should be well maintained and during the days cleanliness should be maintained along with the course of rash driving by youth of the area other than that it's pretty good. read more

Mehdipatnam is a popular residential area in the south western suburbs if Hyderabad and is close to the residential areas of Toli Chowki, nanal Nagar, Syed Nagar and Royal colony. This area is close to the posh Banjara Hills locality and there is ample greenry along with lakes and the Musi river. IT and tech parks are within 10-12 kms away and the proximity of these hubs maintain a demand for quality housing.
