Good things here
All the things are very good in this locality. Greenery is also there. The locality is safe and cabs are also easily available. Even water shortages also not faced here. Local markets are near to the locality and are easily accessible. read more

Good things here
This is such a nice area and the quality of roads are very nice as there is no water logging on roads after rain and roads are cleaned everyday. Local markets and good schools are also easily accessible from this area. read more

Good things here
This is the best ever area I have lived in. This is a great area where all the common facilities are available smoothly. There are enough parks, green spaces, open grounds around. Roads are well maintained with great cleanliness. There are very few power cuts in the area and all transportation facilities are also accessible. read more

This is such a great colony with good residents. There is not many things for me to dislike this area but one thing that is needs to be improved is to have improved parking facilities near the area. read more

Santacruz west is one of the most affluent neighborhoods of Mumbai city in Maharashtra, India. The city has a mixture of low and high- rise apartments, which mainly cater to the upper- class families as the prices of the residential settlements here are quite high. The rental rates as well have been witnessed to be quite high. The major transportation system in the city is via Mumbai local train service, and Santacruz railway station serves the western line of the local trains. The slow train halts at this station and is found to be relatively less crowded than any other station in Mumbai. The Aqua line 3 of the Mumbai metro or better known as the Colaba- Bandra- Seepz Line, would have a station at Santacruz and, when completed, would be the first underground metro line in Mumbai. The total population of Santacruz west, as per the recent census, is 102,534, of which the total males constitute 53,412 of the total population and the total females are 49,122.
