Surprisingly, there are several schools and institutions close by, which is beneficial to the children because they do not have to drive far to study. Here, mobile connectivity is good, the road condition is decent, there is a security guard on duty, and safety is good. There is enough parking and there are no traffic jams in the neighborhood. The only drawback is that it is rather far away, but you can be there in no time in your car. read more

I found this a very safe place and no major issue as per the price paid to buy the house. It is safest to walk about late at night. Schools, colleges, and other amenities such as parks, retail malls, gyms, multiplexes, and marketplaces are all within walking distance. The road is in decent shape, and there is a hospital close in case of an emergency. Residents and tourists alike may enjoy a tranquil and clean atmosphere unlike any other thanks to well-maintained roads and enough parking space. read more
