Good things here
Shadipur is good location to live, due to great connectivity of buses( Shadipur bus terminal) and metro station ( shadipur metro stn ). Almost buses to all routes in Delhi can be taken from here. Satyam Cinema is there, which is INOX cinema hall with affordable ticket price. Street food is awesome here. Large parks are also available for children. Cheap rental property also available here. Police patrolling is also there 24x7. Hospitals and government schools are also nearby. It is also famous for its Monday and Saturday market where top quality goods are available at affordable prices. Many Temples and Gurudwaras are situated here read more
Things need improvement
Parking can be issue here, because of cinema hall there is sometimes traffic jam on road. Cleanliness is not properly maintained. Amd water lodging is an issue here. read more

If you want to give tenants a safe and secure place to stay, Karol Bagh, which is 4 km from the New Delhi railway station, and Connaught Place, which is 7 km away, are both within striking distance of Shadipur. 13 km away domestic airport, 24 hour emergency There are at least 20 restaurants within 100 metres of the Sardar Patel Hospital that serve a variety of cuisines. read more

It is a conveniently placed, well-connected, and reasonably priced location in Delhi. Market, metro station, bus stop, and reliable Delhi Jal Board water supply are close by. Therefore, there is no disruption in water supply.

Shadipur is a good, compact neighbourhood with a dense population. Metro has a connection to Shadipur. The location is excellent, however the inner road is subpar. In the other direction from Patel Nagar is a very narrow lane.
