It is a residential area that ideally connects old and new Chennai and plays an important part in the city's growth. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards provides the residents and visitors with complete safety. There is plenty of parking and you won't have to worry about anything else. The roads are well-connected, and everything is close by; for example, you can walk to the nearest mall in a matter of minutes. Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are close by, and practically all forms of cabs, such as Ola and Uber, arrive on time because there are no connectivity or traffic issues. read more
