Padur doesn’t face the issue of load sheading and if there are any maintenance works prior notice is given to the residents so that they can be prepared. Due to this many of the small businesses have shifted here as the cost is low.

Children do not have to travel long for their studies as schools and colleges are at close proximity. Day to day commodities can be easily obtained from the local departmental store and are quite cheap as well. Hospitals are in close proximity as well.
