Good things here

The property is at the prime location and corner plot. The property is G+2. Ground floor has 3 shops with two washrooms. 1st and 2nd floor has 1 RK with carpet area approx. 300 Sq. ft. and an open terrace with Reliance Jio Tower Site with yearly income of 4 lacs. This Property is one of the 4 corner plots in the area. Parking in not an issue as additional 300 sq. ft. open land is also available for personal use such as gardening or parking vehicle. This property is attached to road so visitors parking is also not an issue. 1000 Ltr capacity tank is installed on terrace which can be increased. Nerul Railway Station is at 7 mins walking distance and Terna School and Medical College School is 1 min walking. Hospitals are within 5 mins reach. Property is in Market Area. read more

Very safe locality with easily accessible schools and malls nearby. The very good quality street lights are placed everywhere on the locality and the electricity charges are also reasonable. read more

Metro is however far from the locality. I have seen that if a person has to go to metro from the locality then he has to take a cab which are available all the time. read more
