Good things here
Connectivity is good, no issue in getting cabs and auto, local transport is available. Good electricity and proper garbage collection. No leakage seepage issue in the building .
Things need improvement
Issue with the parking, basement is not clean as water keeps standing there. Amenities couldn't be used by me as they were only allowed to the families in the society. Less interaction with society members as only certain festivals were celebrated.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society for e-book downloads. Water facilities are very good, and there is a reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect waste and maintain cleanliness well. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are spacious. The society is very convenient with amenities like a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and a well-maintained kids' play area.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is very poor, and there are issues such as leaks that are very inconvenient. Hospitals are located approximately 5 kilometers away from the society, which is inconvenient. There is no visitor parking in the society. Traffic around the society is quite busy and can be inconvenient.

Good things here
Friendly environment around the society. Maintaining of lift is evry good. Miantainining of swimming pool is very clean and hygiene.
Things need improvement
Roads are very worst. During rain water is logged on roads .Unable to drive on roads that is inconvienent.

Good things here
The residents living here are characterized by their friendliness and strong community bonds. Additionally, the management team efficiently addresses any minor issues raised by the residents. In terms of connectivity, the society benefits from its convenient proximity to essential amenities, including one to two schools, small shops, and vegetable markets located within 300 to 400 meters. Furthermore, the presence of amenities such as two clubhouses, a gym, a swimming pool, a badminton court, a small park, and various shops including a supermarket, a beauty parlor, and an ATM contribute significantly to the convenience and comfort of the residents.
Things need improvement
I moved out of the society around 4 years ago, during my time there, sometimes the swimming pool water was not clean because of poor maintenance.

Good things here
Club house in the society is very enjoyable and very clean. Maintaining of lift is preety good. Maintaining of swimming pool is very clean and hygeine.
Things need improvement
Mainitining of Gym area is very poor with less equipments. Rads are not clean infront of the society.
