Door and Windows: Main door-Teak solid wood frame and teak finish flush door with door set or equivalent locks, Door chain SS tower bolt and bolts and Door stopper, Enamel paints for doors and windows or LG (UPVC) framed with glass shutter.

Painting: Inside the building painting with wall putty finish with two coat emulsion paint, outside the building painting with the one coat cement primer two coat exterior emulsion , doors, windows and grills painting with one coat primer and two coat enamel paints.   

Kitchen : polished black granite kitchen counter, ceramic glazed tile dado 2 feet high upon kitchen counter, single bowl stainless steel sink with drain board. Provision for exhaust point.

Lofts: one side 2” depth loft in bed room and kitchen

Shelves/wardrobes: Double side polished cuddapah slab shelves 4ft width, 7ft height and 1 ft depth in kitchen, open wardrobes in bed rooms.

Additional Cost: 1. Special flooring like marble/granite. 2. Safety grills at main door. Safety grills in balconies.

I can nothing like about this place but one thing that it was connected with Chennai Highway about 2 to 3 km read more

In this location average maintained in roads, traffic light and not well cleaned and face some pollution issues.the streetlight is good in this place and not well to lit for walking post 9pm.i can feel safe myself and my wife in daytime but at nightime the alcoholic people are waiting for you.the accessibility of school,malls, restaurant are far about 10 to 15 km.the quality of roads are very bad because the road have many holes and anyone follow the traffic and traffic rules in this location.at the monsoon season the situation is very critical because the water flows on the roads. read more
