Because of its lovely atmosphere, Nizampet is a great area to live. Even girls feel safe going out alone at night in Nizampet. Also nearby are reputable hospitals, schools, and shopping malls. one of the best places in Hyderabad.

I enjoyed living in Nizampet when I first moved here. Its connectivity to other parts of Hyderabad is incredibly helpful because my office is there. Because Nizampet has a good road system, getting to and from work is simple.

I'll give Nizampet a score of 100 for overall safety because police officers routinely monitor the area. In addition to offering affordable housing options, it is a fantastic area to live. Being here is fantastic.
Nizampet is an upmarket locality on the northwestern fringes of the city of Hyderabad and is close to the Mumbai highway. Nizampet is developing into a residential area and is close to universities as well as IT and business hubs and these are the drivers for increasing the demand for housing in the locality. The good localities surrounding Nizampet include Hill County, Renuka Yellamma colony, Gajularamaram snd Pragathi Nagar. Some of the residential localities within Nizampet include Venkatraya Nagar, Bandari Layout and Madhura Nagar. 87% of all the property in Nizampet consist of apartments and builder floors. 91% of all the apartments are 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Only 4% are bigger 4 bedroom apartments. The area has parks, gardens and lakes and provide a good degree of environment relief.
