Mylapore is an excellent place to reside because of its pleasant atmosphere. In Hitech City, even girls can go out alone at night without being afraid. Excellent hospitals, schools, and shopping centres can also be found nearby. one of Chennai's top locations.

The pollution level on the locality is low and the locality offers all amenities in close range thus making life easier for the residents.

Mylapore is an upmarket locality and is surrounded by the neighbouring localities of Alwarpet, T.Nagar, Nungambakkam, Kodambakkam and Teynampet. The area is connected to the rest of Chennai by several key roads. The Chennai central Railway station and the nearest metro station are 8 kms away. There are several IT and business parks in the vicinity and the presence of these hubs drive the demand for housing in the area..
