The roads outside the society are well-maintained, ensuring smooth transportation for residents. The society itself is meticulously kept clean, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Residents enjoy an ample water supply, and the flats are well-ventilated, allowing natural sunlight to brighten the interiors. The cooperative nature of the residents fosters a harmonious community atmosphere, where festivals are celebrated together, further strengthening bonds among neighbors.
Things need improvement
Public transport accessibility from the society is lacking, impacting connectivity for residents. Furthermore, cracks on the exterior of the building pose structural concerns and require immediate attention. While a gym is available within the society, the absence of a trainer diminishes its utility. Additionally, not all amenities are adequately maintained, compromising the overall living experience. Inadequate and inefficient security personnel further exacerbate security concerns for residents. Moreover, the maintenance charges are deemed unjustified given the subpar quality of services provided.

Good things here
I really value the excellent construction quality and proper ventilation, ensuring our building is sturdy and comfortable. The gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, providing convenient fitness options. Having 24/7 electricity and water supply is highly convenient. Our friendly and cooperative neighbors, along with the presence of elevators. Regular garbage collection with segregation keeps our surroundings clean.
Things need improvement
I find it inconvenient that the gym requires additional fees. There are ongoing management issues that need addressing. Plumbing problems have caused occasional disruptions, and the lack of readily available autorickshaws, with only cabs accessible, is challenging.

The property is conveniently located within 2 kilometers of schools, hospitals, and a local market. It boasts good construction quality and provides basic amenities, including parking, a clubhouse, and a kids' play area. The main highway is also 2 kilometers away from the society.
Things need improvement
Adani Aangan is a good society, but it does not provide amenities like a gym or swimming pool. The maintenance charges are high, costing 11,000 Rs every six months.

Within a 2 km radius, you'll find the hospital, school, market, and public transport. The building has amenities like a lift, security guard, and a supermarket. Maintenance costs are at Rs 1500. There are no quality or seepage issues, and open parking space is available. The area is free from pollution, and there's minimal traffic.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there are no amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, or gym available.

Everything from the hospital, school, local market to public transport is within 500 meters. It's located near the Dwarka Express Highway. There's a lobby and open car parking available. The construction is just 2 years old, and the quality is quite good. Plus, there's minimal traffic in the area.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there isn't a swimming pool, clubhouse, or gym available.

I'm thankful I've booked here a flat. It is a customizable home with all of its current comforts and advantages, surrounded by vegetation. To sum up, Adani Aangan apartments are a single-stop estate for a pleasant and enriching experience for a lifetime.

Honestly, I wasn't sure I would purchase the apartment here, but after a lot of research and demand from a lot of people, I concluded that this location was secure and had all the required amenities. So finally booked here a 3 bhk and am so excited about getting in
