There is not much to like about Newale Wasti except for the connectivity it has to other major roads and markets. read more
Things need improvement
Newale Wasti is an extremely dense area with small roads and high traffic. The prices of the flats in this area are too much compared to infrastructure it offers. I recommend you to stay away from this area if you're working in Hinjewadi, Baner aur Aundh. Reaching office is a nightmare. It takes me 70 minutes to travel 16 kms to Hinjewadi from where I live. read more

To much crowd, traffic in roads.our area is surrounded by MIDC hence the air polution, noise polution is an issue. read more

I find Chikhali to be quite peaceful and the people are friendly here. The connectivity quotient is high and there are many hospitals in proximity to the location. Walking at night is safe here. The only issue is car parking and footpath encroachment.
Chikhali is primarily an industrial area in the northern suburbs of Pune and is near the upmarket localities of Pimple Sudagar, Bokwadi, Rupee Nagar and Pimpri Chinchwad. There are several IT, business and technoiogy parks in the area that not only provide employment to residents living in Chikhali but also keep up the demand for affordable housing. 86% of the property available in Chikhali are apartments and builder floors. 84% of all the apartments are 1 and 2 BHKs and are available for both sale as well as rents at affordable rates.There are 16 new residential projects underway in Chikhali and 7 of them are still under construction.
