Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and the internet is easily available, which is very convenient. The water facilities are very good, and there is power backup available in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. The construction quality is very good; there are no seepages or leaks, making the society very convenient. The parking area is very spacious, and there is visitor parking available as well. There is a local railway station within 2 km from the society, which is very convenient.
Things need improvement
Public transportation like buses is available, with bus stops located around 3-4 km from the society, which is very inconvenient. There are no metro stations available in the society. Hospitals are available around 4 km from the society, and there are good hospitals close by as well.

Good things here
The open space is large, perfect for children's games. I enjoy relaxing evening walks. Security ensures children stay safe within the premises. Conveniently located 2 km from restaurants, bus stops, schools, and grocery stores, with good road conditions and street lights. Ample parking space is available. Maintenance includes regular cleaning and daily garbage collection. Reliable 24/7 water, power, and well-functioning lifts. Construction provides excellent ventilation. Amenities include table tennis, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and community hall.
Things need improvement
There is discrimination against residents living in 1 BHK units in the society, where they are treated unfairly or with less regard compared to others.

Good things here
The neighbourhood is friendly and celebrates festivals together. The construction is solid with no issues like seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it has good ventilation and sunlight. Maintenance is top-notch with clean lifts, frequent cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning. There are great amenities including a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and parks.
Things need improvement
There were issues with the connectivity of the society as it was hard to get autos , cabs and public transport nearby the society which was a serious issue for the people living in the society. No other issues at all.

Good things here
The maintenance services were reliable, ensuring everything was well-kept. The construction quality was excellent with no significant issues. The amenities provided were enjoyable, enhancing the living experience. Security was strong with good CCTV coverage, and there was ample parking for both residents and guests. Stray dogs were managed well.
Things need improvement
The biggest issue was the limited availability of auto-rickshaws, cabs, Ola, and Uber before 10 AM and late at night, making it difficult to find transportation during these times. Additionally, while some neighbours were friendly, others were not.

Good things here
The connectivity is fine, commutation is available. Basic amenities like gym, swimming pool is available here but not that good in quality. I have membership from other clubhouses as well, they are better than the ones here. Also the gym equipment is not of quality here, they need to be updated.
Things need improvement
The dogs are wild here, they move in groups, and I am so afraid to go out. This is such a big problem here. The dogs are so daunting. I have language barrier issues here as well, the hospital staffs don't know English. I have to find something else that too far.

Good things here
Brilliantly designed Live Work Community; most workplaces within the MWC are likely to be between 200 met to 2 km radius. Aqualily is full of professionally qualified people who are fairly homogenous in terms of background and interests. A community with a number of engaging activities round the year.
Things need improvement
Nothing. But, speaking of others, some may feel that the vibrant lifestyle of a major metro will be missed in this campus-like community.

Good things here
No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities.
Things need improvement
Water in the society was hard which was an issue. Public transport was far which was an issue regarding the connectivity of society. Rare festivals celebration used to happen in the society.

Good things here
As a former resident, I can attest that schools and public transport were conveniently located near the society. The society was well-maintained, with reliable water and power supply. There were no issues of water leakage, seepage, or logging, nor were there any cracks in the society. Amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, gym, and parks were readily available. The society was also spacious, and events were regularly organized.
Things need improvement
One drawback was the lack of nearby hospitals. The biggest concern was the poor connectivity to hospitals, which posed challenges during medical emergencies.

Good things here
I'm really happy with this place. Everything is well-maintained, and the buildings are sturdy. I love using the gym and pool. The neighbors are friendly, which makes living here even better. It's not perfect, but it's pretty close!
Things need improvement
The connectivity here is a real pain. Getting around is a nightmare without a car. There's hardly any public transport - buses are rare and it's nearly impossible to catch a cab

In this community, the calm atmosphere, quiet surroundings, and the presence of a nearby railway station make it simple for everyone to travel anywhere they wish.

In this community, there are problems with water leaks and dampness because the construction quality is very poor.
