Good things here
Facilities like good security and parking are available in the society. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby. read more

There no pet issue and proper parking is available in the society. No cracks and leakage issue in the building. Gym, garden, clubhouse is there in the society. Auto, bus are nearby the society residents doesnt need to walk much and wait. residents enjoy all the facilities in society. read more

Perumbakkam is a suburb in the Chengalpattu District of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It is the home of several IT companies and is surrounded by residential developments; however, the locality enjoys nature's scenic beauty. The estimated area of the locality is 5.88 sq. km and has a population of 21,157. Perumbakkam has a tropical wet and dry climate with not much variation in seasonal temperature. The coordinates of the area are 12.9053°N and 80.1986°E. Tamil and English are mostly spoken here.

The Greater Chennai Corporation governs Perumbakkam. The popular areas of the locality are Nanmangalam Reserve Forest, Arignar Anna Zoological Park, Marina Beach, etc.
Sithalapakkam (2.31 km), Medavakkam (3.58 km), and Nanmangalam (6.41 km) are some of the nearby localities of Perumbakkam. The suburb is well connected by the Chennai MTC buses.
