The convenient connectivity to major IT hubs, offices, malls, hospitals, schools, and metro stations. However, it's concerning that the society lacks proper security measures and has experienced multiple theft incidents.
Things need improvement
There are several significant issues with the society. Poor management, lack of security, and frequent maintenance problems are concerning. Reports of staff members displaying rude behavior and instances of harassment towards complaining residents are unacceptable. Additionally, the presence of mosquitoes and pollution further detracts from the quality of living in the environment.

In the starting when i shifted to the society their were a lot of issues related to mentainance but now the things have got resolved. the other thing i like is that the society always stays neet and clean.

Connectivity bohot hi bekaar hai society ki, na phone ke network ate na online deliveries time par aati hai. the guards of the society are not up to the mark unko dekh kar guard vaali feeling hi ni aati dheele dheele se baithe rehte hai. proper checking and all ni hoti.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society Other facilities like gym, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply is good. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society No such major electricity issues are faced. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. CCTV is available. Lift is available and maintained properly. Roads are properly maintained. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society.
Things need improvement
Swimmingpool is not available in the society. Parking issues are faced a lot. Street dogs and monkey issues are faced a lot, they come inside the society's premmises a lot.

The society has improved significantly since the previous water supply issues were resolved by the team, ensuring an adequate water supply. Additionally, the residents are cooperative and friendly, coming together to celebrate various festivals. The maintenance facilities, including cleanliness, security systems, and hygiene standards, were well-maintained and contributed to the smooth functioning of the society.
Things need improvement
Public transport facilities were not available nearby the society, resulting in poor connectivity. Additionally, the society lacked essential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids play area. The build quality was subpar, with numerous issues like leakage and seepage. Residents also faced challenges with parking, as there was no allocated parking space. Overall, the living experience in this society had been unsatisfactory.

A badminton court and a clubhouse are created within Signature Global Solera 2. Nearby roads are clean and maintained. The neighbourhood of this housing society is known as one of the safest places in Gurgaon.
