I'm really fortunate to live in a society with such excellent connectivity. Being connected to the highway ensures that there's never any issue with public transport, which is incredibly convenient. It's reassuring to know that the roads are well-constructed, making travel smooth and hassle-free. Having all the amenities available within the society, such as the clubhouse, garden, park, and temple, is a huge plus. They provide opportunities for relaxation, recreation, and spiritual fulfillment, and it's fantastic to hear that they're well-maintained. The construction quality of the flats is another aspect that adds to the overall satisfaction of living here. Well-ventilated and spacious flats, coupled with the absence of any issues with seepage, contribute to a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

It's understandable that as our society ages, maintenance needs like repainting become more apparent. Addressing the peeling paint by whitewashing the exterior would indeed give it a fresh and rejuvenated appearance, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the community.

It's conveniently located near major corporate parks and Noida Sez which is great for budget-conscious individuals working in the corporate sector. The society offers basic club facilities and has a few shops nearby, providing some essential amenities and The construction quality isn't the best, and the maintenance services leave something to be desired. Plus, there aren't many green areas, which can be a downside for those who enjoy outdoor spaces.

The old lifts frequently break down, and the construction quality is subpar, with cracks and cheap fittings. The amenities and facilities aren't well taken care of either�the swimming pool often has unclean water, and the gym lacks basic equipment. Even the park areas aren't regularly cleaned, showing a lack of attention to detail in maintaining the overall appeal of the society. and, the rent is higher compared to other nearby societies, and there are issues with the water supply being dirty. All of these factors contribute to a less than satisfactory living experience.

Additionally, the swimming pool lacks cleanliness, and the gym doesn't have adequate basic equipment, which are major drawbacks for residents. Moreover, the irregular maintenance of the park further detracts from the overall appeal of the complex. These issues need urgent attention to improve the living experience for residents.

CCTV cameras are installed and operational throughout the society. The lifts function properly without any issues. Garbage collection is conducted punctually. Maintenance charges are reasonable. The society offers amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids. Residents are respectful and do not unnecessarily interfere in each other's affairs.
Things need improvement
There are issues with seepage and leakage in the flats, indicating poor construction quality of the buildings. The paintings done are of low quality. The water supply is inadequate, with very poor water quality. Power cuts occur frequently, and unfortunately, there is no power backup available in the society.
