Good things here
The locality of the apartment was excellent, with local transportation easily accessible near the society. The build quality was great, with no problems regarding leakage or seepage in the society. All festivals and functions were celebrated in the society. There was 24/7 water and electricity supply available. Garbage was collected daily and routinely, with proper waste management in place, including the segregation of wet and dry garbage. Allocated parking for both owners and visitors was available in the society. read more
Things need improvement
The rent in the society was quite high, and the metro was far from the society. The amenities like the hall, pool, and kids' play area were small in size. The gym was not well-equipped. Overall, the amenities were not great compared to the price charged for their use. Power cuts were an issue, and although power backup facilities were available, there were additional charges associated�with�them. read more

Moreover, the regular construction work causing dust pollution may be a concern for those sensitive to air quality. However, despite these issues, the location near the Delhi-Gurgaon border and easy access to the IGI Airport can still make Ambience Lagoon a desirable choice for many. read more
