I recently rented and I must say, it has been the worst experience of my life. The quality of construction is beyond terrible - wet walls in every room, and during the monsoon, the ceilings leaked heavily, causing untold damage to my belongings. But that's not all! The smell from the water coming through the pipes is absolutely horrendous, making it unbearable to stay inside. The hygiene standards in the complex are abysmal, and the sight of dog poop everywhere only adds to the misery. To make matters worse, the owner seems to be least bothered about the issues tenants face. It's evident that they are solely focused on exploiting tenants for money and couldn't care less about providing a livable space. I urge all investors and potential tenants to stay away from this property. It's a complete waste of money, and the owners are clearly cheating people by offering subpar living conditions.
