Good things here

Good amount of parking space is alloted to all, also guest parking is available. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Elevators are well maintained. There is no water logging issues. People staying in the society are overall good in the society. Ventilation is good. There is ample sunlight comming in the rooms. Seepage and termites are negligable. Security guards informs when outsiders comes inside the society. CCTV cameras are properly functional. People are cooperative, pet related issues never happens. There is no issues regardong water and electricity supply. It is aavailable for 24*7. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available. All are working fine. read more

Things need improvement

The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, cabs are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. From online apps cabs has to be booked then only it's available. There is no metro station. There is no good hospitals around. Roads and street lights not in good condition. Within 4 to 5 kms hospitals, market area are not available. read more

I'm truly grateful for the wonderful experience I've had living in our society. The maintenance services have been impeccable, always ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on time. Parking has never been a hassle, even with my own vehicle, which adds an extra layer of convenience to daily life. Plus, having amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and park right here within our community is a fantastic bonus. Things need improvement

Living in a society with poorly maintained roads has been quite frustrating for me. The constant disrepair often leads to travel issues and heavy traffic, making my daily commute more stressful. Additionally, dealing with seepage at times has been an inconvenience that I've had to manage. With my job keeping me occupied most of the time, I haven't had many opportunities to interact with the people in the society. It's something I hope to change in the future, as I believe fostering a sense of community could help address some of the issues we face together. read more
