The clubhouse and array of recreational options in the society make it a highly desirable choice for anyone looking to buy or rent. Things need improvement

The society experiences a lot of wind noise during the monsoon, especially on rainy days, which can be bothersome to residents. Additionally, the high rent prices and extra charges for parking can be a deterrent for some individuals. There are also issues with water logging in nearby areas during heavy rainfall, making it difficult to navigate the roads, especially for children. Good things here

I'm a big fan of the clubhouse here � it's always so well-kept, and the interiors are fantastic. And there's so much to do with all the recreational facilities available. It's like a one-stop shop for fun, from Christmas parties to events for the kids and sports activities. Plus, being in Lower Parel, the location is just perfect, and having shops, a spacious playground, and a top-notch gym right within the society is incredibly convenient. read more

Things need improvement

The high wind noise during monsoon days caused by the tall buildings. The high rent and additional charges for parking are indeed significant drawbacks. Moreover, the inconvenience caused by waterlogging in nearby areas, especially during heavy rainfall, is frustrating. However, it's positive to hear that the society offers good security and a comfortable environment with friendly neighbors, as well as convenient access to transportation. read more
