The buildings are in a very poor condition, with substandard wall quality and frequent internal and external damages. Even after repairs, the problems persist, particularly with damp issues. Traveling poses challenges due to the limited availability of public transport, often requiring the booking of cabs for connectivity. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is average, leading to issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems in various flats.
