The convenient connectivity to malls, hospitals, and parks near the project. Additionally, the maintenance of the property is impressive, with regular upkeep and reasonable charges. read more

I'm displeased with the subpar construction quality, which leads to issues like seepage and plaster peeling off. Furthermore, the limited and poorly maintained amenities impact the overall living experience negatively. read more

Good things here
The connectivity here is amazing! It's so easy to get to major IT hubs, malls, hospitals, and schools. Plus, the maintenance is fantastic. They keep everything in top shape without charging an arm and a leg. The construction quality is top-notch too, so no worries about durability. they're diverse and well taken care of. Plus, the social scene is lively with plenty of community engagement and inclusive celebrations. read more

It's a shame there aren't any green spaces or parks in the project. Plus, the lack of good public transport makes getting around a hassle. Those maintenance charges are really steep too, putting a strain on tenants' wallets. And don't even get me started on the construction quality�seepage and cracks in the walls? Not cool.
