Society's peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness quite appealing, along with the ample parking space, which is a major advantage. However, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of community spaces like parks and recreational facilities, as currently, only a badminton court is available. I also find the rules and regulations concerning the moving-in charges quite unusual, with a hefty fee of 8000 rupees but no additional facilities or services provided. . read more

The presence of a park and play area further enhances the appeal of the society, making it an ideal choice for families with children. I was also impressed by the sturdy construction and spacious flats, although I did notice that the amenities were somewhat limited. However, my main concern revolves around the frequent power outages, despite the high charges for 100% backup, particularly troublesome during the hot summer months.
