Good things here

The accessibility to public transportation, with autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs easily available right outside our gates, makes getting around effortless. Plus, having market areas, schools, malls, and restaurants nearby adds so much convenience to our daily lives. The proximity to the metro station is just the cherry on top. The well-maintained road quality, functional street lights, and allotted parking for all residents ensure that travel and parking are never a hassle. With functional CCTV cameras, properly maintained elevators, and available security guards, I always feel safe and secure within the community. Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities here, with garbage collection done on time and issues promptly resolved. The good construction quality of our buildings means we rarely face issues like seepage or leakage, and the efficient drainage system ensures that waterlogging is never a concern. But what truly makes living here special is the availability of facilities and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids. These amenities not only enhance our quality of life but also foster a sense of community and well-being among residents. read more

People are not friendly and cooperative in the society. Apart from this the society is very good in all ways, there is nothing as such that needs to be improved. This society is a very good place for any family to stay in. read more

Good things here

Near the society, there were multiple schools and hospitals, as well as a nearby local market and accessible local transportation. The build quality of the society was excellent, with no issues of leakages or seepages. The infrastructure was robust and reliable, providing 24x7 water and electricity supply without any power cuts. Guards were available round-the-clock, and CCTVs were installed in all areas to ensure the safety of residents. Cultural events and programs were celebrated within the society. Additionally, full power backup facilities were provided to�the�residents. read more

Things need improvement

Based on my living experience in that society, several issues emerged. Firstly, the amenities were inadequate for the number of residents. With 150 flats, the swimming pool, garden, and gym were all too small and not well-equipped. Parking was also a significant concern, as there was no allocated space, leading to disputes among residents about parking locations. These challenges affected the overall living experience�in�the�society. read more
