Good things here

I found the connectivity really good. It was easy to find auto rickshaws, cabs, and the metro nearby. The hospital and railway station were also close, which was very helpful. Maintenance was excellent; the lifts always worked, and they kept the place very clean. I liked the friendly neighbourhood where people were nice and helpful. The construction seemed strong with no cracks or leaks that I noticed. read more

Things need improvement

During my stay in the housing society, one issue was the lack of sunlight in certain areas, making parts of the building feel dim. It was also disappointing that outsiders like my friends weren't allowed to use the gym facilities. read more

Good things here

Maintenance charges are justified. Cleanliness is up to the mark. The society gets 75% of its water from borewell and 25% from the Kaveri connection, ensuring there are no issues with water supply, even in summers; water is available 24/7. The society has all modern amenities. Festivals are celebrated by everyone. Metro, autos, and buses are easily accessible near the society. Residents are decent. read more

Things need improvement

There is a slight issue with the lifts in the society; recently, one of them was not working. Near the society, there is an IT park which sometimes causes traffic jams. read more
