Good things here
I used to live earlier in the mentioned society, is a former resident. Society ki connectivity acha hai , public transport mil jata hai. No issues of waterlogging. Cleaning achi hai society ki. Basement parking is also available. Security acha hai with safety features & cctv cameras. 2 gardens hain & play area hai children ke khelne ke liye society mein. Mandir bhi hai society mein. Gazebo is also there in the society. Neighbours are also good , sab festivals wagera celebrate karte hain. read more

Minor issues of leakage,seepage in society. Balcony itna bada nahi hai flats ka. Amenities nahi hai society mein like no swimming pool, gym & clubhouse in the society. read more

Transport connectivity is good with availability of cabs and autos. Buses and metro are also available nearby. Maintenance is fine with timely disposal of waste and garbage. Construction quality is good with no seepage and leakage issues. read more
