Good things here
The society is very good. Residents benefit from high-quality amenities, such as the sparkling swimming pool and well-maintained gym. Easy access to various services and destinations is facilitated by an efficient public transportation system, including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. The nearby lively markets, grocery stores, healthcare centers, and educational institutions serve daily commuters well. Good things here
The construction quality is solid with no seepage or leakage issues, and the building is well-ventilated. All the amenities are in good condition, including a gym, garden, children's play area, clubhouse, and a park. we do have good connectivity with Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs readily available. read more
Things need improvement
The society has several issues that need attention. There are only three lifts for a large number of residents, which causes a lot of waiting time. There are too many cockroaches, which is a big problem for hygiene. The neighbourhood is not friendly at all, which makes socializing difficult. The airport and Mumbai Central are quite far away, making travel inconvenient. The parking situation is also not good at all, and guest parking is a big issue here. read more
